Patchwork Afghan in progress

I know I haven’t been on in a while, but I’ve been busy with kids and finishing up some projects and starting new ones!

I need help though! Ok, so I used some scrap yarn to make some squares for a patchwork blanket. Now the question is…do I use pure white to make more squares, or do I use off white, or do I use both??? Also going to have gray squares too in this and maybe some maroon.

Other question: what color do I use to bind them (it’ll be like a 1 inch border between the squares)??? I can do brown, gray, black, white, cream, tan, green, blue, maroon (or any other color)…help

I like the brown with this one.

I’m definitely doing the darker Brown in it. Didn’t know if I should add a few white squares or the off white for squares or just nix the white and off white totally?

Personally I don’t like the stark white against these. I would use more of a cream or even a light tan. But that is me and my personal taste.

Any opinions are helpful! I really appreciate it?

I don’t think I see any white in the multi-coloured… but the brown and off-white look good.
