Wedding doilies

I finally finished the doilies I was to make for a ladies wedding. She wanted 5 – 20 inch doilies with hearts. I made a 25" doily as a bonus and wedding gift. She picked them up last week and loved them. I am proud of how they turned out. I could not find a pattern that she liked that had hearts around it, so I took patterns for 2 doilies, modified them, and created my own patterns from that. These are the results. The last one is like the one I previously posted.

Yarns: aunt lydia's

Stitches: sc – single crochet double crochet stitch puff stitch ( bobble stitch) half double crochet

Beautiful

Brooke ...

I am starting the same thing for my grand daughters wedding in April. These are great. Really nice work. I can appreciate how long these take. She wants rectangle center pieces and crochet doily blocks to attach to mason jars for flowers. She has grown up with my doilies all over my house. So happy she wants some of my work in her wedding.

I wish your granddaughter well in her marriage and I know she will love your work. Thank you for your kind words.

LadyG2 ...

Hi there. I need to make a ring bearer pillow for my niece, would you be able to point me in the right direction to find a pattern for a Doilie that I could use? Thank you in advance.
