longline cardigan

Editor's Choice - Feb 26, 2015

Made using a pattern from ravery. This is made in a beautiful royal purple double knit wool. No seams at all.
Over the winter months I have searched high and low for longer length cardigans and have failed to find many in our local shops the ones I have found are really thin and really don’t seem to be finished well. One I brought to wear lasted one wash before the seams started to undo. So have been looking to add to my collection

I would love to have the pattern.

Chevron lace cardigan by milobo. It is a short cardigan but as she states can be made to any length. If making again instead of a foundation chain would do a foundation single crochet to start xxx

Hi sister crocheter ,I found some nice long dusters that could actually could be worn as cardigans. They are in Redheart site they are free patterns.they are lacy and would make beautiful long sweaters. Just thought you take a look at their site check under dusters.hugs. peggy8650.

Will look when I have finished work. Always adds to the entertainment value trying to source some of the equivelent. The downside to not living in America and then adding to the fact I live on a tiny island as well xxx

I live in Scotland too and not having Walmart and Michaels to just pop into and buy baskets of yarn for a fraction of the price is frustrating 😃 but stylecraft has really bright do e colour into my life !

Weezy I do use the wool warehouse which do some amazing yarns and at last I can find aran wool in some amazing colours they do a range of some of the American yarns which does allow a lot more colour combinations than we have been able to get hold of. Also I normal recieve my wool within 3 days of ordering which is always a bonus xxx

It’s made a huge difference hasn’t it ! I remember up until a few years ago only being able to get pastel baby yarn , unless you wanted to pay £5 for 50g I have done it cost me £30 to make that toddler cardy on my page 2 balls of each colour 😡😤
