Mohair oversize cowl

Daily Top 3 - Mar 13, 2014

Knitted with Kid Mohair and Silk blended yarn, without any sew, just simply circular knitting. It means you can wear it in many ways – wrong or right side, just like a simply cowl or wrap a little bit over arms, becasue one end is wider.

tech: almost 3 balls of Kid Silk yarn, double strand, needles 7mm

Imagine it in kiwi/lemon green or deep magenta!

oh I would like the pattern of this COWL knit..

marlene, pattern doesn’t exist because it is too easy and worthless to write down – do you knit in rounds? so co about 60-65 stitches with needles 4-5mm *and choose proper yarn:) and….. knit knit knit ….. stockinette stitch…. and knit knit knit ……. and that’s it! If you want one end wider, to let the cowl spread over the shoulder – in approx half of your “pipe” start to add some stitches, for example 1 extra stitch every 10 rows…. I put 2 more photos, bad quality but it shows you how it looks before you wear it on the neck:) Just long pipe, circular knitting stockinette:)

Manualnia ...

“pipe” on the wrong side – reverse stockinette stitch.
