Where can you find the pattern please

The pattern came from a book called Fair Isle to Crochet: 5 Afghans for the Family by Karen Ratto-Whooley. This particular pattern was called Baby Snowflakes. I believe the book is out-of-print, but I found a used copy on Amazon.
